This section has representative safety data sheets (SDS) for many of our standard railroad colors. As more SDS sheets are finalized by our compliance department they will be added to this section.  Updates to existing SDS documents will be accomplished if any new information on components used in our mixtures become known to us.

If a specific color SDS is wanted for your use/information, please let us know by email or call and we will assign compliance the task to produce that SDS document for uploading to this section.

Used the old SMP AccuPaint years ago….these folks have taken that line and made this SOOOOO much better. This is the best model paint I’ve ever used and I’ve using model paints and an airbrush since 1975! Tried them all, solvent based, acrylics, water based, you name it. This stuff is the very best. Nice job guys!

Just started using TruColor. I love this paint…no disappointing results. Highly recommend this paint for anyone that wants to get it RIGHT!!

On our new spray cans:
What a nice surprise on how well they work.

Pablo Bauleo

On painting a Eduard P-400 WWII airplane:
“They have good color density and they atomize fantastically. They do not obscure any surface detail and they are ready to spray out of the bottle. To top them off, the adhesion to plastic is outstanding. I highly recommended these paints to modelers of any experience level.”

IPMS USA National Review on AFV Club 1/350 LST-1:
“After spraying the Dark Rust, I let it sit for several days. I also shot a test wing to more fully abuse. The paint did not pull up after masking with an low tack adhesive tape. On my test wing I used harsher tape and still it did not pull. After masking and painting the boot topping on the hull, I painted with Model Master Acryl for the upper hull. After several days of curing I did have some pull up of Model Master Acryl, but not Tru-Color. I was totally satisfied with Tru-Color Paint in this application”.
